Eternal Automation manufacturer
The manufacturer, Zhongshan Eternal Automation, was founded in 2002. It's specialized in design, developing and production of automatic winding machines and non-standard automatic equipment. The plant of more than 7000 square meters is located in the province of Guangdong, China. Eternal has a trading and sales office in Zhuhai and another production plant in Hunan province. The total number of employees is about 340. Since founding, the company has always follow the management idea "Eternal service, Eternal quality", thinking in an anti-conformist way, in order to offer the client maximum flexibility. The product design and development follows a creative flow to meet the continuous evolution of the market. All machines are involved in home appliance, taking into account the needs of the customer. Eternal Automation is ISO9001 qualified and all produced machines comply with CE standards. This company spirit allows us to offer customers high quality products and service.
Customer service
The customer service is carried out for Europe exclusively by Grassi Trade s.r.l.u., located in Cantù, 35 km north of Milan. Eternal Automation Europe is the result of the close collaboration between Zhongshan Eternal Automation and Grassi Trade to offer the market a range of products specifically designed to meet the needs of European customers. The team was joined in 2019 by LTR, to guarantee a rapid technical assistance service based in Europe.
