Magnetic tensioners with or without attenuation
The magnetic tensioners are suitable for the use of thin and medium wires. They use a contactless braking system through a permanent magnet, which allows to mantain a stable tension. It means that the wire never breaks even in high-speed windings. The tesion can be switched on or off easily.
If a voltage drop is necessary, the return voltage can be changed via the winding program.
In case of breakage of the wire, the take up arm retracts in a vertical position, thus activating the alarm switch; in this way, the machine stops due to the effect of the wire break detection microswitch.
Tensioners can be configured with coilwinding machines of each brand.

Electronic tensioners
This tension unit is controlled by angular transducer, electromagnetic damping motor, control board and back tension adjusting mechanism. The tension change is detected through the angular transducer, and then sends a current signal is sent to the control board to adjust the motor output damping, as to achieve a stable tension. It has the advantage of high accuracy and simple adjustment.
